Although I have previously been a Jan Craig customer, this was the first time I placed an order from your new website. The process was fun and painless.
It was easy to select exactly what colors, designs etc, that I wanted. And the headcovers came out perfect as always!
I received my headcovers today. Yeah! I am so happy with them. I have been shopping for headcovers for several years and have never found anything to compare! And, thanks for the great TLC in customer service.

Thank you for helping me shop for Jan Craing Headcovers. I finally decided to get them from the local dealer here in Tokyo and they are great! I really love your headcovers and have been impressed by your customer-centric style and quick responsiveness.
I received your letter a couple of days ago, thanking me for the my orders over the years. Besides the sets I have ordered for myself, I have given JC headcovers as gifts to friends and relatives. I have already ordered a new set for this year. Over the years (and probably 5 personal sets), I only had one minor issue. After a quick call, the headcover was repaired and sent back out to me.
I have to be honest...I don't reorder headcovers because they wear out...they don't. Usually, I get the urge for a new color combo, get a new golf bag or some other reason not related to the wear of the headcover. Over the last year or so, I have seen a number of other folks starting to offer knit headcovers covers. However, none of them have the tradition, variety or quality. Also, with a lot of the new woods and utilities, the headcovers are made predominatly of some type of plastic which is hard to get on and off the clubs. I also believe that my JC headcovers have kept my woods from being stolen out of my bag, because folks don't know what is actually under the cover. You guys have a great product that I obviously support
